飲食上要做到少油膩,平時多運動;
養成規律的飲食習慣,因為飲食不規律容易引發營養失衡性脂肪肝;
夜間肝臟活動會減弱,所以睡前應少吃,讓辛苦的肝臟也忙裡偷閒會。
