GCA is responsible for the end-to-end management of our credit, collections and fraud operations around the world. GFPS manages fraud capabilities, strategies and operations to protect American Express Service Establishments and Card Members from fraud by handling all aspects of the fraud lifecycle, including prevention, detection and recoveries.

- Handle a vast portfolio of premium Customers based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, India, United Kingdom and United States of America.
- Service transaction level inbound calls, enabling spend and generating revenue, whilst minimizing Credit and Fraud risk.
- You will be empowered to make decisions in resolving real time transaction level approvals.
- Efficiently detect and prevent Fraud, whilst enhancing Customer Experience through World Class servicing

Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualifications, preferably with tertiary education
- At least 1 year customer service experience
- High level of integrity
- Must be willing to work on rotating night shifts (5-day week, rotating off days, and shift as early at 5 pm staggered until as late as 12 am)
- Service oriented and able to communicate well with good spoken English
- Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese to be able to work with merchants and card members based in the Hong Kong and Taiwan
- PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Maturity and Adaptability to cultural differences and diversity.
- Team player who is able to work in diverse group.
- Must possess basic PC skills and familiar with Microsoft Windows applications.
