Job Description:

*Work closely with all department across the organisation to ensure sales orders, sales return orders and debit notes are completed for billing.
*Ensure daily billings and collections are updated in ERP correctly.
*Prepare customer statement of account.
*Monitor account receivable and ensure timely collection of payment from customers.
*Timely issuance of payment reminders/ demand letters on overdue accounts.
*Handle debtor disputes from customers.
*Prepare outstanding debtor reports and provide analysis for management review.
*Maintain proper credit control documents and records.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking and/or professional qualification
*Good command of Chinese
*Good command of Bahasa Malaysia
*Good command of English
*LCCI
