•    Closing: Suggested official closings comprise of “Sincerely” or “Yours truly.” As an added friendly closing can use “Cordially” or “Best regards.” Despite whichever you prefer, append a comma at the end of the closure.

•    Signature: Leave four lines of spacing after the closing and write your name. Leave one more line of spacing to print your designation as well as the organization name. If you send a hard copy letter, endorse in the space with blue or black ink.

•    Enclosures: If you are attaching reports with this letter, insert the documents here.
