Hi mommies... Boleh share tak pengalaman korang yang ada anak fully breastfeed ?? Cara nk tambah susu badan.

Banyakkan minum air kosong..
For starting..kena kerapkan susu ank..
Paling kurang 2 jam skali..
Releks..jgn stress..
Kalau u stress..lagi susu tak mo kuar..
Keep calm ye sis...

Betul apa yg forumer ckp kat atas ni.

Banyakkan minum air kosong. I masa fully bf, minum air 4-5L sehari. Sbb lepas bf je, confirm2 akan rasa haus.

Never skip bf anak. Kalau anak jenis menyusu sebelah je dah kenyang, sebelah lg tu dia xnak, either sis pam, or try offer dia lg the next 30-1hour sbb nak stimulate breast yg sebelah tu. waktu malam especially, kalau anak jenis dah tidur straight 6-7 jam, sis kena bangun and pam every 2 hours nak make sure breast sentiasa stimulate.

Kalau nak milkbooster banyak jual now. Tp i dulu buat milkbooster sendiri, senang and jimat, laki i pun minum jugak.

- kurma merah
- longan kering
- barli
- halba
- gula kundur/gula melaka

Rebuskan semua, nak letak daun pandan bg rasa sedap pun boleh. Nak letak gula sikit pun boleh. Rasa mcm laicikang. Sedapppp

Husband ada suggest jugak suruh minum milkbooster tu. Tp xbeli lg sbb I pun xtau minum ke tak. I tgk review rmai suggest Moeder. Tp nk buat mcm u tu rs ny xsempat. I nk santai2 pun tggu baby tdur

Semua benda tu campak dlm periuk je, letak air. Xyah tunggu pun. Setakat nak reneh gitu je. Dah nampak air mcm colour teh atau laicikang gitu, dah boleh tutup dah.

X pun u amalkan minum barli je paling2 pun. Bukan barli sirap tau, barli yg mmg biji2 tu.

I dah try milkbooster mcm2 kat luar, mostly costly and seciput je. I beli those ingredients dlm paket kecik je dah boleh lasts me more than 3 months. Sbb bila air dah habis, boleh topup balik2 dgn buah yg dah rebus tu. paling2 pun boleh topup 2 kali.

X rosak rasanya. Tp kalau seminggu i x sure lah. Just make sure keep on topup air je.

Sis stress ke..penat?? Tu juga pengaruh sbb susu tak nak keluar. Makan makanan berkhasiat..nasi..roti. jgn skip makan sbb nak kurus. Tapi jgn berlebihan...

Stress tu ada sikit sebab I kerja line finance. Penat tu memang ya sangat. Pukul 7 I sampai rumah. Kadang Magrib. Mandi solat baru pergi ambil anak dgn BS since takut virus ni. Lepas tu dinner. Kadang2 I skip sebab susukan anak dan tertidur.

Kesian tt..kira sis pnt n tak sempat makan lah..jd itu sbnrnya susu x meriah..kwn iols,india pnh ajar ..buat sup daun kucai..ta pasti pulak apa rasa tp dia yg ckp nk bf btter mkn sup daun kucai

I kdg2 mkn sekali je sehari. Ms lunch. Breakfast pun I just minum susu. Kadang2 makan roti kalau sempat. Since sekarang dh ada baby ni waktu I amat terhad. Kadang2 dgn husband skli skip dinner sbb baby meragam. Alamak rasa mcm mn. I kalau pelik2 masuk mulut trus muntah

Minum air masak banyak-banyak lagi bagus kalau air suam. Tapi kalau tt selalu skip makan nanti susu akan cair. Baby tak kenyang. Kurang makan pun salah satu punca susu kurang. Tak boleh stress-stress. Banyakkan ambil dairy product. Minum susu, makan cheese. Lagi satu tt kena cari makanan yang boleh tambahkan susu badan sendiri. Setiap orang tak sama. Paling penting tt makan ape yang tt suka. Bila kita suka kita jadi happy. Bila happy susu pun banyak. Kalau susu masih kurang boleh buat power pumping. Cuba google.

I pun line finance sis and paham sangat. But just set in mind yang kita nak susukan anak. InsyaAllah ada rezeki. Cuma yes, kalau boleh cuba jangan stress lagi2 masa pump susu. Minum air suam 1 gelas before pump. Minta suami urut belakang utk tolong lancarkan susu (ni boleh google) and makan makan makan. Jgn skip makan. And please elakkan minum ice. Waktu pumping pun kena maintain. Cuba bgn awal (4-5pagi) untuk pump. For me, thats the best time and susu akan banyak. Just jgn putus asa! Good luckkk.

Depend dengan badan masing2. Kene tau apa milk booster yang berkesan untuk badan sendiri. Ada orang cheese ada kurma. Ada jugak pernah dengar durian haha
